I enjoy learning Russian in my freetime and often find myself listening to Russian music, watching Russian shows and movies, and following Russian accounts on Instagram. My goal is to speak Russian fluently in the next two years. I have found Duolingo is a great help and I can't recommend them enough. I do a Duolingo Russian lesson every morning for about 15 minutes.
